Developed a quick turn-around composite, repair patch silicone adhesive on aircraft surface skin.

Coordinated the development of a semi-cured flurosilicone in-place gasket for the pitot probe and antenna areas of the aircraft. This prevented the hard removal of plastics which required a long work time and eliminated any possible skin destruction.

Generated $2,000,000.00 of combined sales over a four year period with NuSil.

Established a world-wide composite parts aircraft fabricator and manufacturer, generating $152,000.00 in sales over a 2 year period, utilizing uncured silicone, reinforced sheet for autoclave vacuum forming and adhesive bonding.
