Perform inspection in production, completion/Repair Station and Customer delivery stages during the fabrication, installation, and assembly of the S92 and S76 aircraft to insure that the workmanship and materials conform to the aircraft manufacturers’ specifications and maintenance manual procedures. Utilized the Solumina system to generate report discrepancies (DRs). Monitor systems testing and Avionics/Electrical installations and checkouts. Determine accuracy of installation of components in power plant and hydraulic system to ensure that specified tolerances are met.

Coordinate, and facilitate all maintenance activities performed on flight test aircraft during all phases of the flight test program. Install/OK to Close, and Preflight Inspections on S76D, S92A and CH-148 Helicopters. Updates/maintains Aircraft Records (paper and computerized).
