JOB PROFILE

Responsible for Out going material from following areas :-

AI (Automatic Insertion).

SMT (Surface Mounting Technology).

MI (Manual insertion ) & Assembly area.

Responsible for in process quality assurance w.r.t . IPC-A-610 Standard & Deltron Workmanship Standard by following MIL-std 105E.

Responsible for highlighting all in process & material deviation (MRB) & To issue a Red / Yellow tag in case of any discrepancy.

Responsible for documents ie. PSI, WI, PFD for further use in production for PCB assembly.

Responsible for manufacturing process audit in different area on line ie. Preparation, Manual insertion, Testing, SMT, IC programming, Wave soldering & packing.

Responsible for customer complaint to prepare and analysis rejection either at Deltron end,or at customer end.

Responsible for qualification of incoming and out going material using with ERP system.

Responsible for making monthly Quality objective and MIS report.

Responsible for conducting Internal Audits (ISO/TS).

Also doing the Incoming Quality Control (ICQC) of the Material.

Purpose - To perform incoming qualification on raw material for production.

Scope - Applicable to incoming material for use in production.
