I have a well-rounded background in all aspects of quality inspection, shipping and receiving including but not limited to bills of lading as well as dispatching. I am licensed to operate Raymond forklifts and side loaders, cranes, pallet jacks; Oliver saw machines (8791, 8793) and micrometers. I have an excellent working knowledge of all tool, calipers, dial calipers, acutip hardness testers, Rockwell hardness tester radius gauges, telescopes, veneers and tape measurers. I have experience in GDT and knowledge of ASTM, ASME, NDE, OSHA and ISO 9001. My strongest skills are receiving nuclear, safety and commercial material; Inprocess inspections of material; conducting final dimension readings on Inprocess materials; reading of all CMTR, Mill Certs applying them to ASTM, ASME Standard book. I’m certified in LPT, root cause, inventory control specialties and calibrations. I am well organized, a quick learner, detail oriented and able to handle all tasks in an efficient manner. 04/11– Present Nuclear receiving/quality control inspector – HydroAire

Inprocess all nuclear material with the reading of all CMTR, Mill Certs applying them to ASTM, ASME standards.10CFR 50 Appendix B knowledge’s & Osha.

Perform all final dimensions on In process material(GDT)Calibrations.

Read Drawings, sketches, blueprints & Auto Sketches.

Purchase nuclear material, Manage and review all Documentation.

Responsible for all vendor communication with documentation of Cof C’s

Perform material chemical and mechanic analysis.

Inprocess, inspections, First article and Final Inspections.

06/09– 04/11 Quality Control Supervisor/Leadsman – Freedman Seating Company

Supervise a staff of eight employees and oversee the daily functions in all departments of the company including but not limited to the welding, sewing, assembly, upholstery, Flipseat, metal cell, fabric, CNC and laser departments

Make sure all NCM reports and 8ds are handled correctly

Update all prints into the companies M2M system and discuss any ecn changes with all engineers on a daily basis

Proficient in all tooling: micrometer, calipers, tape measures and digital protractors

Assist the drafting department in the implementation of new patterns and markers for all new sewing patterns

Keeping track of inventory of all in house fabrics, vinyl and leather material

Handle the appraising marketing materials from the companies fabric suppliers (LaFrance, C-M-I, Lantel, Wholeworth and Absecon Fabrics)
