Education Is Freedom, E.I.F. SEP 2013 - Present (Higher Education Advisor at H. Grady Spruce High School)

•Recruit first generation college bound students.

•Coordinate and facilitate personal development & skill-building workshops for students.

•Maintain an active case load of 600+ students at H. Grady Spruce High School grades 9-12.

•Work with the lead counselor, as well as with the principal, in order to carry out the mission of E.I.F. and meet the district goals.

•Assist students with SAT/ACT registration, college admission applications and scholarships.

•Assist students with FAFSA/TAFSA, college award letters and loan processing.

•Compile monthly reports in the E.I.F. database for grant compliance and tracking purposes.
