PROCESS ENGINEERING:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Supervised and managed the design, installation, and commissioning of a variety of new and modified industrial facilities completed on-time and within budget. Experience includes water treatment, power generation, petrochemicals, biofuels, fume incineration, air pollution control, HVAC, and polyurethane appliance and automotive projects, acting as primary contact between Clients, Vendors, construction contractors, and design engineering. Provided supervision for the design and construction of facilities with low total cost of ownership and high reliability.

FMEA and RCA APPLICATIONS:

Acted as facilitator for Client’s development of FMEAs processing system design. Developed RCAs and FMEAs for various components and systems used for maintenance planning.

LABORATORY and PILOT PLANT INVESTIGATIONS:

Conducted laboratory tests and designed, built, and operated pilot plants to develop new processes for production, waste recovery, and pollution control systems.

This is chemical engineering degree emphasizing inorganic chemistry. This degree required 176 semester hours 20.5 hours per semester plus two summer sessions. It included electrical, structural, geology, and mechanical engineering classes not normally included in a chemical engineering curriculum.
