Injury Case Management
As part of the Emergency Response Team, responsible for fielding incident calls from the field and solely responsible for assisting employees in the management of injury cases from time of injury to return to work. This included liaising between employees, all levels of management and the 3rd party case management team (Axiom). Utilized the TapRoot methodology to determine root causes and corrective actions. Managed corrective actions and follow up to ensure completion.
Through case management during 2013 – 2015, maintained a 40% year over year reduction in the company Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR). The final TRIR for 2014 was 0.33 and was the lowest in company history.
Record Keeping, Tracking and Reporting
Documented, tracked and reported all necessary information to OSHA, customers, Management, and contractor management websites (ISNetworld, PEC, PICS). This included recordable injuries, employee training history, and employee HSE/DOT program participation.
Developed an extensive network of Excel spreadsheets for tracking HSE program participation by facility, area, and region. Utilized spreadsheets to communicate HSE information to all facets of the organization as well as to customers.

HSE Integration
Intimately involved in the integration of Multi-Chem’s HSE department into Halliburton HSE. Integration included collaborating with all levels of Halliburton management to perform a gap analysis of existing HSE programs. Also performed gap analyses with 2 acquisition companies to integrate their existing HSE systems and programs into Multi-Chem and Halliburton companies respectively.

Short Service Employee (SSE) and Competency Program – Implemented a job specific program pairing mentors with employees new to the position for on the job training.
