Preparation of Tender Schedules in Primavera P6.
Preparation of Level 1 to Level 4 (Primavera P6) schedules and daily updates.
Monthly schedule will prepare depend upon the delivery schedule of customer supplied product and work fronts.
Preparation of 3 Weeks Look ahead schedule.
Follow up the work progress by coordinating with erection team.
Schedule and conduct the review meetings with in the project team and contractor.
Preparation of Manpower schedule and equipment schedule to execute the work.
Keep close monitoring on the critical path and ensure timely mobilization of all the resources required to complete the critical activities on time
Prepare the organization chart for the site management.
Prepare the daily,weekly,Monthly progress report and communicate with all respective persons.
Preparation of S-Curve and Manpower histogram.
Preparation of BOQ.
Preparation of KPI(Key Perfomance Index) reports.
Resource leveling.
Preparation and certifying of sub–contractors and service bills, and arrange to settle a payment with in time.
