G-Banding karyotyping technique was used to find any chromosomal abnormality such as deletion, addition or aneuploidy which is responsible for any physical and/or mental birth defects in the infants, and also determination of the sex of the baby.

Various banding techniques of chromosomes G, Q, C, SCE, AgNOR Bandings.

Capturing, karyotyping and analyzing clinical cases for any chromosomal abnormality that would cause abnormal cell growth (neoplasm) using ASI, PSI and AI software.

Technique like Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH) to search for missing or duplication of certain genes.

Home brew BAC clone probe (replica of part of the plasmid- bacterial chromosome) Preparation, since the probe is the replica of the gene thus used to find the missing of duplication genes in the FISH process.
