Managed staff of 12 engineers/inspector; responsible for review/approval of over 2,300 submittals and inspection of 26,000 metric tons of reinforcing steel, 106,000 cu meters of concrete, 13,000 meters of cable trays, 49,000 meters of electrical conduit, 171,000 meters of wire, and all piping/pumping for storm water, potable water, sanitary, irrigation, and fire protection systems on a 24/6 jobsite.

Facilitated construction coordination among various contractors, and between contractors and designers of subsequent contract phases.

Conducted semi-weekly work-action-resolution meetings, weekly progress meetings and weekly coordination meetings interfacing with design/build contractors on three significant sub-projects within an even larger-scale project: a 26,000-ton District Cooling Plant, a 66 KV Substation, and a solid waste vacuum collection system.

Assisted with site logistics and scheduling of equipment and material delivery.

Responded to contractor requests for information; involved regular communication with project design team spanning multiple continents/time zones.

Met with management teams as required to implement design changes and assess their impact on project progress.
