Customer: Gateway 2000 World Wide Customer Base

Operate and manage Add on Sales, dock merge, monitor repair, and portable computer repair operations. Negotiate and manage all repair and logistics contracts, and program management for monitor products for Gateway. Responsible for budgets and approval of all invoices and associated costs for repair and logistic services. Overall dollar responsibility in excess of 200 million dollars per year.
