I started my professional career as a receptionist, and because my ability as a fast learner and self-motivated, in the next ten (10) years I was promoted eight (8) times in different departments such as accounting, real state, operations, construction, and equipment department. In the last 4 years I expand my professional experience to the home health industry. In which I learned how to work with patients and staff over the phone, how to organize the patients and staff files according to the regulations, how to perform QA to the staff notes (HHA’s and Nurses). I received trainings in different software’s which will help me to work in different areas in a Home Health Agency.
