Manage multiple development projects including 9 layer card bodies, embedded high security card elements, and special lamination plates for lamination with special polymers having a total budget of € 1.2 M.

Lead Operations Team on manufacturing floor during ramp-up of new products in production.

e.g. Brainstorm new techniques/sign off on printing quality of Komori 6 industrial printer when printing on new substrates and design test to failure of new lamination plates from two suppliers in Burkle production laminator.

Train R&D and hourly associates to operate lab and production equipment including Muhlbauer card inspection machine, R&D Burkle laminator, and silkscreen press.

Design/qualify new products that can be sold and produced globally, create official test plans and execute the tests, and negotiate binding order specifications between G&D and suppliers.

Collaborate effectively in diverse teams with personnel from sales, quality, supply chain, and operations with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
