Project included hydraulic closed loop servo control; data acquisition; modeling of calibration data and data archival into flight test instrumentation database. Additional parameters supported included temperature, torque, pressure and relative humidity (RH).
• Realized Six-Sigma and Lean methods - promoted; developed; managed and implemented company- wide operation efficiency proposal. Result - Manpower savings of $125K year over year. First year capital cost avoidance exceeded $500K.
• Responsibilities included consulting with engineers and technical staff on developing test engineering equipment and procedures used to streamline aircraft test operations and maintain compliance with AS9100 and ANSI/NCDL Z540.3-2006 QMS compliance.
