Xerographic Engineering Technician ( July 2001- Present)
Senior Lead Technician responsible for writing remanufacturing processes of xerographic modules, the scheduling and preparing of test fixtures, test machines, test materials, and operators for testing on all color and monochrome production machines used in the qualification of remanufactured and domesticated print cartridges. Additional responsibilities include: communicating all test results, root-cause analysis to Test Engineers, Image Quality Technicians and team members. Also delegate work load to junior technicians. Management of the inventory and ordering of spare parts used to reduce machine downtime.
Manufacturing Engineer (July 2000 - July 2001)
Interface daily with suppliers to maintain a constant flow of incoming quality parts. Communicate effectively with Product Evaluation Team/audit lab to maintain a low level defects per hundred made (DPHM) for outgoing field product. Update and maintain all associated quality MBFs.
