- Implementation of a preventative maintenance program that contributed for machine utilization to increase 19%. The savings associated with this initiative was $200,000.00 per year in wasted man hours and scrap reduction.
- Implemented energy savings programs that accounted for $32,500 per year savings on compressed air production, $26,000 per year saving on electricity required for plant lighting and $15,900 per year on a HVAC project to recover conditioned air removed by dust collection.
