Participated in solution for acquiring an offsite warehouse for Little Rock AR Motor Grader facility

Participated on Six Sigma paint protection Greenville, SC Engine Plant 100-day project to eliminate using bolts to attach plates to protected areas of the engine by using die cuts. An estimated cost saving from repairs due to cross threading of bolts of more than $75,000 a year. This was my Green Belt Project

Management member of a Quick win Task Force in 2008 to improve velocity and reduce cost for the Marine Center of Excellence saving the company $1,350,700 in 2008. I played an instrumental role in changing all old print based graphics to the 3D format when this technology was made available to CAT Greenville.
