Responsibilities

Trading UK Power, NBP gas and emissions for all of Centrica’s power needs. This includes speculative trading; asset dispatch 3-4 GW CCGT and Centrica’s nuclear and renewables portfolio; executing of customer orders and meeting Centrica’s market making obligations.

Using a disciplined, technical and fundamental approach to formulate trading strategies, steering our analyst to determine specifics around my market view.

Ensuring Centrica’s asset base is optimised and dispatched correctly to maximise revenue through a thorough understanding of the option value on the CCGT fleet.
