Project Manager, 2000 - 2003
Project Managed all facets of my work assignments. Including formulating sub-contracts and directing sub-contractors. Planning and scheduling, multiple contracts which included major electrical modifications at seven (7) Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Boiler removal and re-installation, including all electrical, controls, water feed systems and insulation sub-contracts. Mechanical modification projects for the United States Government at the J.Edgar Hoover Bldg, and the F.D.I.C. which included managing demolition and piping modifications. Installation of a energy saving heating and cooling system for the State of Maryland at their main office complex in Baltimore Maryland. Purchasing of equipment, materials and billing were also my responsibility.

Construction Manager, 1998 - 2000
Managed the demolition and installation of a energy saving system at the Maryland State Office Complex in Baltimore, Maryland. This project was a joint venture with Custom Energy of Pittsburgh, PA. The project included the installation of a ice making system, six chillers, three gas fired electric generators, the installation of new heating system, energy saving lighting in the office areas, and a new energy saving kitchen equipment. Scheduling equipment installation and system modifications without any disruption of the normal office operations was challenging and successful.

Project Engineer, Scheduler/Planner, 1996 - 1997
Steel mill Demolition which produced two thousands tons of scrap metal from two steel mills weekly. One mill was located in Middletown, Ohio and the other in Ashland, Ky. My duties included the design and implementation of manpower, material, and equipment tracking systems thru the use of MS Project, MS Word and MS Excell. Cost tracking and cash flow with spreadsheet systems. Designed a estimating system in the Excell format. Designed and implemented a Safety program approved by AK Steel. Worked closely with AK Steels Safety Dept.
