For Thirty years I have worked at Aerospace companies, as a direct hire and a contractor, acquiring extinctive knowledge in the manufacturing processes as a Supervisor/Manager, Manufacturing Engineer / Planner and a Quality Engineer. With twenty years of fabrication and assembly of aircraft detail parts and assemblies. I have a working knowledge of lean manufacturing. I have created planning sequences for the fabrication of detail parts, sub-assemblies and major assemblies from engineering drawings and all types of engineering releases. I created tool orders for new tools and the rework of existing tools.
Participated on Integrated Product Team (IPT) to identify and search for the desired solutions of problems.
Interfaced with vendors, engineering, quality and management in meetings to assure all are striving to be on schedule with deliveries. Ensure that quality policies are being practiced. Using independent judgment to accomplish objectives within defined policies and procedures
