oRenegotiated the pricing structure for the equipment rental fees which resulted in a 60% ($150,000 first year) savings. Also, renegotiated the technical fees for savings of 15% ($85,000 annually). Renegotiated the Maintenance Contract resulting in savings of ($65000 annually).

oConducted ROI financial analysis to justify capital expenditure. The equipment purchased produced savings of $140,000 annually.

oManaged the Acquisition and reconfiguration of hardware for the field to use in conducting the Medical Education programs. This translated into savings of $75,000 in 2000, and $150,000 annually thereafter.
