Facilities Manager

Lead facilities maintenance and operations of critical equipment with 12 direct staff and 37 indirect staff to ensure JIT goals are exceeded or met. Lead new production split shift so production goals are met quickly. Special project manager based on facility and production needs.

Hold the role of production shift manager and CNC cell manager (very effective leader and manager), in addition to facilities manager.
