Protectoseal is a $28 million dollar manufacturing firm that produces pressure and vacuum vents that assist in the flow of fluids between pressurized tanks.

Facilities Manager

Lead facilities maintenance and operations of critical equipment with 12 direct staff and 37 indirect staff to ensure JIT goals are exceeded or met. Lead new production split shift so production goals are met quickly. Special project manager based on facility and production needs.

Accomplishments

Hold the role of production shift manager and CNC cell manager (very effective leader and manager), in addition to facilities manager.

Mentor the lead personnel to accomplish and exceed production goals.

AMCOR P.E.T. PACKAGING, Itasca, IL 2005

$10 billion dollar company that manufactures multiple packaging needs. The P.E.T. packing divisions make plastic bottles used by companies such as Coca-Cola.

Envisioned the corrugate needs for the company, planned, and purchased materials in anticipation of these needs. Special projects managed as assigned for improvements and cost reduction.

Developed Visual Management systems throughout the Production and Warehouse areas.
