Directed 6 engineers, 5 production staff and team of 170 employees to deliver 190 different molded components. Planned, contained and allocated $8 million department operating budget. Integrated Maytag and five other product brands into Whirlpool production platform. During integration achieved best cost-reduction per unit of all departments. Implemented a real-time, Microsoft access quality control reporting and resolution system linked to customer feedback metrics.

Operations Manager Press - Fabrication - Finish

1999 - 2007

Managed technical tooling and fabrication program that delivered a stainless steel dishwasher platform product in 2000. Developed jointly with PPG an ambient high-solids paint temperature control system resulting in 25% reduction in energy costs.
