Started with no formal Request For Services (RFS) program, and in 6 months built the team and the structure to provide on repeatable demand services for servers and data systems for Hilton Hotels. The program typically operated with at least 8 simultaneous projects and a volume of 100M dollars.

US Army/ Bechtel Chemical Weapon Destruction Plants
Implemented 1.8M dollar Maximo 7.5 solution at two different sites for the US Army
Delivered a unique first of a kind system on time, on schedule, and within budget.
Children’s Hospital (Maximo/Db2 with Oracle Peoplesoft interface)
Project Manager for the Children’s Hospital BIOMED Project. On short notice and with shortened schedule t stood implemented TAMIT, and CCMDB instance of Maximo in less than 12 weeks.

USCC NECOM (Maximo 7.5/Oracle 11 implementation)
Managed Fixed Price 3.5M project from cradle to grave while overseeing an integration of Tivoli Network solutions with functionality of the Maximo environment using Maximo EAM, TAMIT, and CCMDB as well as integration to TADDM via ITIC.
Project completed on time, on budget, and profits exceeded planned estimates
Department of Homeland Security (Maximo/Remedy interface with ORACLE 11 Implementation)
Operated a 3.7 M dollar project with Department of Homeland Security to implement a MAXIMO/Remedy solution for their integrated maintenance system and maintain follow on support to the client upon implementation.
Delivered on time, per specification, and within budgets.
Total Contract Value of 3.3M with growth of 400K in project scope during install. Exceeded planned profits
US ARMY Public Works (Maximo 7.0/Oracle 10g)
Project manager for the US ARMY Ft Monmouth Department of Public Works implementation of a MAXIMO 7.0 upgrade from version 6.2. Cradle to grave. On time, on specification, and within client budget

Basic Engineering and Technologies (BECHTEC) September 2005 – March 2007
Led team of 24 engineers, and programmers in the development of software and hardware tests, validations and verifications. At the time assigned to the position, the team’s effort was 6 months behind schedule with 0 test procedures developed. At the completion of his efforts, in six months Test and Development was on schedule, with 126 procedures accepted preventing further delay of first ship delivery.
Awarded the BECTECH superstar award for performance.
United States Navy/Naval Officer March 1977 – October 2003
An industrious career of sustained superior performance in increasingly complex leadership and management positions. Noteworthy assignments and Commands include: Commanded 2 ships, taught 2 years at US Naval War College. Created, and Commanded US Navy Logistics Task Force 43 for South America and the Fourth Fleet. Received numerous awards and recognitions as well as early promotion ahead of his peers.
