Answered inbound calls from H&R Block Bank clients. Assisted the customers with financial accounts such as: IRA’s, online checking, savings and pre-paid debit accounts and all the services associated with the maintenance of these accounts.
Helped clients when requesting information and paperwork necessary for an ACH withdrawal or deposit. To ensure the direct deposit transfers of funds through ACH I arranged for them to receive the appropriate documents via mail, fax and email.
