oDoes the issuance of medical supplies per specification needed by the Nursing Department based on the stock replenishment forms/logbook submitted by each department and sees to it that requesting department signed the issuances slip.
oReceives and stores all medical supplies.

oMaintains safety stock level and checks re order of medical supplies.
oDoes monthly actual counting of medical supplies in each department to check if there are overstocking, discrepancy and expired medical supplies. Avoid expiration of medical supplies.
oConducts monthly total physical inventory of all medical supplies supported by proper actual physical documentation.
oSubmit medical supplies stock inventory report and stock issuance of medical supplies to Accounting Department.
