2.Eliminated the use of rubber cleaner during mold tool cleaning schedule in all packages that saves more than $9,500/month (Implemented on 19 mold machines).

3.Implemented the use of paper frames as replacement for copper/nickel lead frames

that saves 21% on material cost used in mold tool cleaning.

4.Defined mold cleaning schedule on per molding compound type.

5.Justified the disqualification of Ismeca Test/Tape & Reel with vision system machine which showed very poor capability (obsolete model) and recommended Tesec 9718 Test/Tape and Reel handler with improved vision system.

16. Modified of auto singulation lead length cut die for TO – 220 packages to prevent damaged leads.

17.Prolonged mold tool cleaning schedule of TO-220 LA from 1800 shots to 2300 shots.

Cost Savings of 25% on mold cleaning material cost and improved productivity. Implemented December 2010.

18.Implemented the use of recyclable frame during mold tool cleaning of TO 220 LA and TO 220 standard. Implemented January 2011.
