Fostered growth and work place dynamic change as the Program Manager for 25 Applied Behavioral Specialists. Supervised a 50% increase of yearly training for work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum including Functional Behavior Analysis, therapeutic and sensory activities, and Medication Administration Training.
Led a system wide change initiative to enhance training and professional development for over 100 employees at The Institute for Behavior Change through organizational development assessment and interventions.
Innovation
Generated new forms of treatment by integrating artwork into the rehabilitation program available to over 6,500 patients with the Art Ability program of Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Center, which showcases artwork from one hundred and fifty national and international disabled artists. Led a team of exhibition directors to produce satellite exhibitions at Riddle Hospital.
Created an interactive mural for Immaculata University’s Child Development Laboratory Center. Use of the mural continues through the collaboration of the art program and psychology program to observe social-interaction and developmental responses to stimuli in children.
Assessed and designed a strategic change plan for professional development within the Institute for Behavior change through inter-professional panel discussions, mentorship programs, and strengths based high performance team building.
Relationship Building
Built and fostered relationships that led to the creation of a new course of study for master’s students enrolled in the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Clinical and Health Counseling Program to integrate Organizational Development and Leadership master’s courses into their curriculum towards licensure. Five students have completed the abridged program and are anticipated to earn licensure by 2015. Cross specialty curriculum is now being developed university wide.
Initiated relationships with Immaculata University, the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Universities within Delaware County to integrate a 50% increase of psychology students seeking graduate studies into Elwyn’s RTF for Children and the Institute for Behavior Change.
Partnership with the local Universities fostered a growth in internship opportunities for students within Elwyn’s RTF for Children and the Prader Willi Syndrom Program and the Insitute for Behavior Change. Creating new hiring practices continues to create value around job retention, behavioral stability of residents, and continuity of care.
Collaboration
Integrated the daily therapeutic activity schedule into the structure of Elwyn’s RTF for Children by conducting creative, special team meetings between staff, clinicians, and residents. Staff contributes to the advancement of therapeutic services and encourages progress towards independent living skills for 14 individuals involving creative therapies, cooking skills, community outings, and athletics.
Collaborated with the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine as an Alumni of Clinical and Health Counseling Masters program and current Organizational Development and Leadership student to enhance professional development for the Institute for Behavior Change. This facilitated support in organizational development and on going recruitment and referral practices through the graduate psychology programs.
Contributed as a mentor of the alumni panel in partnership with fellow alum and professors to network with current students.

As a lead clinician, I directly impact 13 individuals and their families to enhance their quality of life. Within a team approach, interventions are developed to significantly shift the ability of the child and the family to reach their potential through child focused and family centered services.
As a team leader, I foster collaboration through a strengths based approach with clinicians participating on my cases. I have led and designed organization wide trainings and panel discussions to increase professional competencies that led to a survey report of a 75% increase in personal and professional skills self-rated scores.
I enjoy the creativity and innovation of creating case specific interventions that produce breakthrough results. I have successfully created and designed over 100 therapeutic interventions and psychoeducational tools for children and their families.
Through organizational development practices I led a system wide change in training practices and collaboration with the families served.
