recall the prescribed medicine to the doctor as well as check availability
to the chemist nearby.
Taking a correct survey with chemist, finding out what are all the molecules
Clients is using. So that we can have more concentration on particular products
Every month before 10th, showing the accounts to the clients to discuss
what is moved in the last month. If it is less than expected, we can ask them to prescribe in next 20 days. So that we can reach the target accordingly.
If the client is potential, Ask for bulk order, Before that go with details,( like offer,
discount details and all). For ex. If we are request 1000 tubes. At least
We can get 750 or 500.so next Two months competitor will not enter in
that molecule. After one month we need to follow up with the same.
Speak to the clients without hesitation. Before going to the Doctor chamber
Check the account and ask correct product to them.
Detailing must be done in Doctor chamber. If Doctor is in hurry, request for
at least one product obviously they can taken up, that is more than enough for us.
Taking the survey before a new product is coming, to identify whether Doctors are writing the same molecule, so that we can get the sales from that counters.
If any product is out of stock requesting the Doctors, to order alternative
products from us.
