Successfully managed and executed the project management duties of the relocation efforts of both a data center, with 100+ servers and gear, and a facility, with 300+ employees, where both project schedules were planned and executed in parallel of one another. Moves took place 5 weeks apart from one another and there were no significant issues, delays and/or changes to the originally planned move dates.

Utilized Agile Methodology for managing the project tasks and deliverables for entire relocation project that was new to all associates involved in the project.

Success of project was a direct result of the utilization of the agile principles; story cards, estimating daily, daily meetings, critical items fast tracked and highly visible, consistent and continuous communication, and real-time status by the utilization of a project wall.

Trained all internal employees that participated in the project on the principals of the agile methodology and ensured the adherence of those principals throughout the life of the project.

Worked intimately with third party vendors that were involved in the move and coordinated and communicated with these companies to ensure deliverables were completed successfully and in a timely manner.
