Job Description

Increase the level of client revenues generated in U.S Treasuries, Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE), Structured Notes, Interest Rate Derivatives, Financing Products, and Foreign Exchange by non-Liquid Product sales channels. The focus distribution channels were Middle Market Sales, Retail (Ultra-High Net Worth), and Regional Dealers. Managed a team of eight product specialist, and three Regional Dealer sales people. The role required participating in the development and education of new product roll outs into our private bank, institutional, and regional broker dealer channels. My team was the first to develop and distribute Range Accruals at Lehman Brothers. We were able to achieve #1 status in the league tables for this product. I also played a pivotal role in coordinating our new York based rate derivatives risk taking team with our London based FX risking taking team to deliver Lehman’s first currency linked note. We successfully introduced the amortizing note strategy to municipalities as an alternative to the basic bond ladder approach in creating portfolios to meet project calendar cash requirements. Our first deal size was 250mm.
