Managed a budget of $250,000 for national and international racing events across Western Canada
Designed and contributed to advertising and marketing materials – registration increased by 20% over two years
Managed athlete registration process and database for 5500 competitors in five triathlons and a marathon
Liaised with various governing bodies, stakeholders, local officials and city councils
Organized inventory, identified supplier needs for each event and coordinated payment, delivery and removal
Produced professional traffic plans, operations manuals, site plans, signage, and course maps
Coordinated volunteers at multiple sites on race weekend to ensure the athletes, spectators, and sponsors had a positive experience
