Standardized business processes, improved financial reporting, and established direct customer relationship management improvements, establishing new channels of distribution.
Designed and implemented Call Center processes receiving over 50,000 calls per month, improving call flow, resulting in shorter wait times, fewer dropped calls, lowered accounts receivable by automatically directing service calls to A/R based on aging balances.

Implemented a new ERP system in nine months (company wide, on time and within budget). Lowered application maintenance costs 35% per year.
Replaced/updated all company communication systems including data, voice, and wireless, lowering communication costs 30% per year.
