Please accept the enclosed resume as a professional introduction and application for the position within your organization.
Currently I hold the position of Mortgage Loan Advisor. This has given me the pleasure of assisting the borrower(s) with Loss Mitigation programs that are available to bring their loan to a current status. Other duties entail implementation of the Loss Mitigation to manage a large loan portfolio and addressing the hardship the borrower is facing. Overall I keep the dream of home ownership a reality through offering Fannie Mae, FHA, Bond and WHEDA mortgage programs.
Over the course of my career I have had many great experiences and accomplishments. In my previous position, I was the Assistant District Manager/Agent Trainer Coordinator in the District office of Farmers Insurance. I was responsible for training and management of the Property and Casualty division for the Mid-West and Southern Region of Wisconsin. I coordinated and facilitated trainings as well as developing a monthly and annual performance management process. I enabled and set goals, revised accomplishments with the agents quarterly and at year end so they could establish proper career development and ensure alignment of the objectives with the business plans.
I was also able to take part in Lean projects and Change Management programs that allowed for additional growth and progression for each agent. It helped meet and achieve their goals in the district and provided opportunities for some to open their own agencies.
I am able to multi-task and manage several issues at a time while continuing to be proficient and professional. I do understand the need to maintain and stay on task. I devise the strong ability to prioritize my workload which need to be performed in a busy and demanding profession.
My greatest pleasure is to give outstanding and diversified leadership. Allowing my team to grow and develop their skills allows me to expand my knowledge and cultivate new management skills.
I am able to give you great letters of recommendations from agents and associates that I have had the privilege to work with. I look forward to meeting and further discussing this position with you. Please contact me at
Sincerely,
Tami Herbst
