Job Description

I am working with Solution Architects people by helping them collect all necessary information from the customer, analyses the requirements, compile the Customer Request Document and present the document to obtain sign-off from the customer.

Perform a feasibility study if required and analyze the current network diagram.

Determine the pricing for the network diagram and present it to the Bid Manager/International Bid Manager to obtain approval

Create a proposal to present to the customer to obtain a sign-off; this proposal will include both the design element and pricing.

Update appropriate system such as Internet Protocol Activator (IPA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that will be used during implementation.

Generate all the required order numbers from the relevant sections/department and submit the requirement to the Project Manager.
