Trained, coached, and counseled in FMCSA regulations and related DOT driver compliance subjects to over 75 regional offices with managers, supervisors, and individual commercial motor vehicle drivers, through conducting PowerPoint presentations, mock audit situations, conference calls, and on sight visits.

Senior safety staff coordinator implementing driver training, investigation of incidents, addressing and enforcing substance abuse policy, safety concerns, and creating action plans for improvement.

Recruited and assembled a team to develop and electronic data base with Oracle systems to maintain and track driver file expiration items - driver license, med card, MVR, etc., with a notification process to regional administrators.

Developed a proper DOT compliant vehicle inspection process and notification process for commercial vehicles in need of required preventative maintenance items.

Analyzed fuel charges, fixed income charges, recommending changes for improvement.

Plan and schedule equipment by location, duration and assignments.

Maintained a reporting process for Electronic Vehicle Inspection Reports (EVIR) and GPS locations reporting, coordinating with outside vendor - Zonar GPS solutions.

Established daily contact procedures with company TPA vendor and MRO department to ensure proper testing notifications were effectively in place and testing procedures were implemented and followed by regional office administrators.

Compiled all drug and alcohol testing data, creating reports to be sent to U.S. DOT and PHMSA agencies to ensure standard percentages were met with governmental compliance with CFR part 40.

Managed FMCSA & PHMSA drug and alcohol testing programs, serving as the DER and subject matter expert for a major national utility contractor and its subsidiary companies.

Generated and updated company quarterly CDL driver’s random testing listing to be sent to TPA for scientifically picked selections.

Executed outside vendor services proposals to senior management assisting with negotiating terms and conditions of contracts.
