Under Etisalat Services Holding which is part of Etisalat Group, EDCH provides a complete solution to GSM mobile operators for roaming facilities to be provided to their customers. EDCH is the only Data Clearing House based in the Middle East serving many leading operators in Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe. Roaming solutions such as Data/Financial Clearing, Revenue Assurance, Value Added Services, and Mobile Money Hub etc. are offered.

As a key account manager, I am responsible for the development and achievement of sales through sales channels. I play important role in new business pitches and stands responsible for the successful on-boarding of new clients. I Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business. Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.

Achievements:

Secured 6.9 Million Dirhams in revenue for over 15 running clients from MENA region, succeeded in upselling value added services and solutions, and communicated company’s mission, vision and strategy to clients and partners. Successfully delivered on time new service requests including getting contracts signed by operators worldwide as per schedule.

As a roaming analyst, I am responsible for analyzing clients’ issues and study business cases in order for sales team to approach clients. Responsible for solving problems clients are facing through the day-to-day roaming activities. Should be able to understand and implement company’s projects and associated life cycles (SDLC & ALM). As a plant engineer/manager, heading the maintenance department having to manage experienced technical staff, I am responsible for the smooth operations of plant’s ecosystem as well as managing plant’s internal/external processes concerning production, delivery and staff technology, and I am responsible for managing and administrating company’s IT network to achieve staffs’ full connectivity and insure performance.

Achievements:

Performed major maintenance projects that saved the company an estimated 500 thousand Dirhams spend over third party contracts, successfully designed a service system where every element in the factory being observed, serviced and maintained, and efficiently updated companies accreditation and licenses related to environment, health and safety (ESH).
