JOB DESCRIPTION

Inspection of C.G.L. during galvanization

Maintain Quality Inspection Report of C.G.L.

Testing all chemical using in C.G.L. like Chromating, Degreasing, Quenching, & Coating Testing also

Gradation of material as per Gradation Norms.

Inspection of C.T.L. & Corrugation.

Segregating of material Export & Trade separatel

Overall Activity of GP/GC Quality with Production Department and proper Coordination and Co-operation with Juniors

Giving proper decision on hold and arising coils as discuss with Marketing Dept.

Handling the manpower

Making a Quality Product of Galvanized Corrugated Sheet.

Managing overall activities of planning pertaining to CTL line and corrugation.
