Work in the SDR (Structural Data Recorder) Group where is responsible for accelerometers, strain gages, thermocouples, and transducers. Recorded Ambient Data Points and Calibration Checks before and after testing the engine. After a run (testing of the engine) Resistance Checks, Calibration Positive Voltage Checks, and a Calibration Report has to document for accuracy and updating the Test Definition File (TDF). Monitor different signals during testing to insure that the DSPCon is recording and uploading during transient cycles. Diagnose signals, and repairing and replacing instrumentation need for testing. Used JLG's to install instrumentation on the jet engines.
