oOperated and Maintained the OSA4 Microlab On-Site Oil Analyzer.
oDeveloped the oil analysis sampling frequency schedules (oil analysis program) for Heavy Equipment, Heavy Vehicles, and Auxiliary Equipment.
oReceived and Analyzed Oil and Coolant Samples taken from Heavy Equipment, Heavy Vehicles, and Auxiliary Equipment, depending on the SOS (Scheduled Oil Sampling).
oCondition monitored all Heavy Equipment, Heavy Vehicles, and Auxiliary Equipment using Oil Analysis Trending Report. Monitoring the amount of Wear and Contaminant Metals, Additives, Contaminants, Physical Properties, and Particle Count if it is still acceptable.
oCondition monitored coolants if it is within normal working condition.
oNotified responsible Foreman/Supervisor/Engineer in-charge of the machine if found any abnormal or critical condition of the oil such as oil from the Engine, Transmission, Differential, and other Gearboxes that requires either Corrective or Preventive Action.
oDeveloped and monitored the oil replacement frequency for all Heavy Equipment, Heavy Vehicles, and Auxiliary Equipment which are not covered under oil analysis program.
oStandardized the lubrication requirement across the plants by suggesting equivalent lubricant availability.
oMaintained a consolidated lubrication oil chart detailing equipment Number, the type of lubricant, quantity of lubricant and the frequency of replacement. Modify the list to include new equipment / delete the out of use equipment.
