As an outlet customer service/sales representative we are required to do multi-tasking job since we are assigned and designated to a particular outlet that we have to handle not just the walk-in costumer but also the progress and revenue of the outlet. I am the one who prepares the daily collection report that will be submitted every day, cash deposit and cash count. Basically I am the one who handle the branch.

I am the one who entertains costumers for Davao light payments, ticket issuance and cargo/parcel acceptance and inquiries. I am assigned to maintain the cleanliness of our area, no utilities provided by the company.

I used to work 8hours per day or beyond if needed and even seven times a week. We make sure to value each costumer passes in our area. We provided well and good costumer service since we are taught for this to be implemented. We do wide smile greetings and presented our self well in front of our costumer. We treat every package as a golden package and we keep our commitment to be committed for every task we ought to do.
