Create, develop and maintain financial models for new ventures, provider contract proposals and subcontractor capitation including calculating IBNR, both institutional and professional, for the following product lines, Commercial, Senior, Medi-Cal and Medi-Medi (MediCal & Medicaid members) for all health plans on a PMPM basis.
