Family dining restaurant company consisting of Coco’s Bakery Restaurants and Carrows with 151 locations and 3,500 employees in 3 states. Supervised three departments: Human Resources, Risk Management, and Office Services with a staff of nine.

Senior Director, Human Resources 2010 - 2015

Consulted management to ensure company compliance with all federal, state and local laws related to employee benefits, compensation, employment and training. Kept current with changes in human resource and employment law and managed company relationships with state and local regulatory agencies.
