Responsible for the operations, production, marketing and management of gas production and storage assets. Production mainly concentrated in three operating areas, comprised of 50 wells, daily net production of 20 MMcfg and annual net revenues of $8.0M.

Hired to rescue the development of a $40M project to convert an existing oil and gas reservoir into a 4Bcf natural gas storage facility. Reengineered and radically modified design – drilled two horizontal wells. Final performance exceeded original expectations by 80% and allowed for immediate turn-around from injection to withdrawal service. Able to achieve approximately 2 cycles per year and economic benefits in the range of $3.0M - $10.0M per year.

Renegotiated and increased the company’s net revenues on total oil sales by 5% and 10% for gas sales in the North Bagley field.

Evaluated and negotiated the purchase of oil and gas reserves (1M BOE, 53 wells) from Petro Lewis in the North Bagley field in Lea County, New Mexico.

Responsible for drilling and production operations of small independent oil and gas exploration and production firm. Drilled 15 wells annually and managed the production on 30 wells.

Performed frac design and field oversight – multi-stage frac on nine well program in the Sprayberry Trend, Martin County, TX; high volume dendritic frac on a 12 well program in Sooner Trend (Mississippian) Kingfisher County, OK. Wells yielded 2:1 return on investment.

Re-established production on a TA’d dual Ellenberger/Devonian well; Refurbished production equipment, reentered a completed adjacent well as SWD. Successful completed as an economic well producing 3.5 MMcf/d and 1000 BWPD. SHELL OIL COMPANY, Midland, Texas 1975 - 1979
