SENIOR MANAGER, Pricing and Sales Administration
Led the pricing and contract management organization supporting USA, Mexico and China covering $1.5B in sales revenue reporting through the customer value management organization.
Project Management: Implemented pricing analytics tool, Insight to Profit along with leading a contract management and automatic pricing project utilizing Hyland Software, Onbase Unity Client. Resulting in financial analysis of mix versus pricing, analysis of pricing across contracts, schedules and list pricing along with the automation of pricing eliminating pricing errors and improving consistency.
Improved business processes associated with contract management, surcharge implementation, sales forecasting, and customer survey. Effort led to a 35% reduction in time associated with forecasting along with providing improved analytical tools for forecasting and survey results.
Converted IT systems, including SAP, Hyperion financials and planning along with several other Finance systems from Timken Bearing applications to TimkenSteel as part of the company split. The SAP implementation completed 2 months prior to split eliminating risk associated with other IT conversions.

ERP RELEASE PROGRAM MANAGER 2011 – 2012
Led $5M implementation of Brazil, South Africa, Argentina and some US locations into SAP reporting through IT organization. Conversion covered waves 6 and 7. Accountable for company’s ERP extension efforts which included managing project resources, planning, release management strategy and execution, along with budget.
Implemented Material Ledger allowing actual costing analysis along with customized solution to satisfy Brazilian government requirements.

MANAGER, Execution and SRM 2009 – 2011
Controller for both Project financials and Support financials, $40M. Conversion covered wave 5, the official final conversion from a Timken financial reporting perspective.
Accountable for 800 data conversions, 8K product test scripts and deployment for over 16 international locations along with managing toolsets necessary to run project and business.
Converted 11 legacy sites to the SRM module which included external and internal catalogs (US, Europe, India, Australia, Singapore and China).
Implemented MDM module which included usage for Customers, Vendors and Materials across 16 sites (US, Europe, India, Australia, Singapore and China).
PROJECT ONE PTP FUNCTIONAL LEAD AND CONTROLLER 2008 – 2009
Led implementation of new functional modules, Master Data Management and Supplier Relationship Management for; Romania, France, Mexico and China along with creation of global designs reporting through the SAP project team. Conversion covered wave 4. Controller responsibilities for the project which included forecasting, budgeting, gap analysis, staffing models, estimating models and auditing.
Led team to assist with global implementation of the SAP Procure to Pay area in Romania, Poland, France, India and the US for a $25M implementation.
Developed and implemented several new global processes which included Indirect Materials, Out for Conversion, Scrap Sales, PPAP and Samples, Vendor Returns and Approval processes resulting in ability to analyze data along with standardization and consistency in reporting globally.
SAP SPECIALIST 2006 – 2008
Assisted with GL module implementation of SAP ECC 5.0 in the US which included creation of global process designs, configuration, data conversions, product testing, training and deployment for a $50M implementation. Conversion covered wave 2.
