Working at high volume, high paced warehouse handling 150 – 175 trucks daily at major clients within electronics, retail and equipment industries. Train new security officers.

This was a short term contact at Empire Today. Tested Project OIC Sales Representative and Installer Comp System. Created test cases and datasheets (reusable Positive & Negative) from use case and business process documents following test case documentation standards to test from order entry to payroll (End to end testing). Create coverage documents based on shareholders requirements. Tracking defects via Quality Center.

Summarized use cases to identify patterns in order to construct test case approach. The team designed reusable test cases to manually test Siebel (Oracle) system, CRM and Oracle Incentive Compensation System which collects transactions from Siebel. Calculated Sales Representatives and Installers compensation based on variable incentive components including disputes and adjustments, and then created detail reports and payroll file for ADP.

As lead client / server QA tester signed off on all applications prior to installation into production environment with no major outages. Major projects included converting to Decimal format, Linkage, Screen Based Trading and High Availability systems: TIPS, PostDataServers, Auto and Vendor Quote.
