Privately held Window and Door manufacturer, operates in more than 20 counties and employees over 20,000 people worldwide. Expanded services include distribution, installed sales, and real estate development. Production Manager – Ozark, AL (2014 – Current)
• Leader of a two shift operation; which includes 6 reporting Managers and 120 warehouse employees
• Reduction in scrap measured as a percent in Gross Sales from 4% to less than 1.5%, using problem solving techniques and engaging employees to find solutions and sustain improvements.
• Increased customer fulfillment from a monthly success rate in the mid 70% range to over 90% by implementing daily performance charts and department boards throughout the facility to measure and hold department Leaders accountable.

• Account manager for several new dealer sales programs, this includes managing sales orders, setting customer expectations, product expert, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Set program standards and pricing for presentations to our customers as well as the production facilities; work closely with General Manager and Vice President to make sure we have positive contributions on all product lines in The Perfect Fit Program.
Production Manager – Austell, GA (2010 – 2011)
• Led three managers, 50 warehouse employees, and 5 class A truck drivers and manage daily plant operations: receiving, shipping, production, safety, and inventory control
• Implemented Production Inspection Reports to all departments, which increased our quality performance as well as decreased the number of warranty claims and customer complaints by 30%.
• Worked with Facility General Manager on yearly and monthly budgets in order to set attainable and acceptable financial goals on our Profits and Losses statement. Group Manager – Austell, GA (2006 –2010)
