During my career I have mentored and coached many employees. I have first-hand experience how successful leadership is achieved by a higher level of contribution towards the organizations goals and to the realization of the corporate vision. A high level of dedication and contribution toward the organization’s goals has always been a key element in the success of a corporation. I have a Master’s degree in Organizational Management. I am a dedicated and motivated individual to reach the financial goals and exceed the growth expectations of the company. I have managed divisions in 500 mm corporations with full budgetary responsibilities. I not only understand what it takes to exceed the expectations of the success of a company, I also understand how to make a smooth transition in change management. I can motivate and inspire individuals to assist in the evolvement and change of an organization. I understand the importance of the process of implementing a change and keeping the confidence of the personnel in your leadership. I am an excellent communicator at all levels of an organization. I can communicate with the board of directors with knowledge and reasoning for the evolving need for change. I can also inspire and motivate the workers with employee empowerment. In my experience I have turned a 35% production within a facility to 98% within a few months and changed the employee outlook on the organization to a more positive aspiration. I also have the ability keep expenses within the budget and still procure equipment that I need to be able to get the job done, by proper vendor management. In doing this I can keep a positive P&L outlook.
