High Rises

o Multi Family: San Diego, CA. Located in a landmark (Soap Factory). Developed 341 Units 13, 6, and 4 story towers, subterranean garage, clubhouse, two swimming pools. Albert as the Owner’s Representative and Project Director involved in site acquisition, feasibility, and design stages. Overall financials and preconstruction management.

o Office: Seattle, WA. 22 Story Office Albert as Owner’s Representative and Project Director oversaw the design, obtained permits, participated in reviewing prospective tenants. Due to the economic and financial outlooks in Seattle, the lot was sold to a Hotel Developer.

o Mix Use: San Francisco, CA 240 Condominium, Offices, Medical Outpatient, and Retail. Albert as the Owner’s Representative and Project Director managed all the tenant improvements. Responsibilities included review of tenants, assisted tenants in the design and construction of their spaces

Hospitality:

o Albert’s recent position in the Philippines was as The Deputy Owner’s Representative to oversee the development of two five star hotels comprised of Fairmont Hotels +Raffles Suites + Raffles Residences located at the corner of Makati Avenue and Arnaiz in Makati. o Albert as founder of a design-build California Corporation (Archcon Inc.) provided design and construction of various single family estates from Hollywood to Northern California.

o Albert provided consultancy in overseeing design and construction management of estates. (Estates was purchased in April 2011 for $100 Million USD, the highest paid for a home in USA). Albert also provided designs for various high end and exclusive clients.
