Prepare 2D Drawing of Plant Exist Layout and Proposed Layout including Part Drawing, Fabrication Drawing and Machining Drawing.

Fabrication of the various Parts of Paper mill Equipment as per part drawing like Jumbo Press Section, Wire Part Section, Dryer Section, Size Press, Calendar, Pope Reel, Thickener, Vibrating Screen, Head Box Section Etc.

S.S Sheet cladding/Fabrication on Wire Part Section, Vibrating Screen, Thickener etc. Thickness of Sheet is 1.5mm.

Planning and handling all type of Cutting and Welding Operations like Gas Cutting, Plasma Cutting, Arc Welding, TIG, and MIG Etc.

Lead the Various Forming Operations associated with Rolling Machine, Bending Machine Etc.

Assist the Fitter to make Drilling Marking on Different part of Equipment with respect to Assembly Drawing.

Planning for Machining Operation associated with Planner Machine, Boring Machine, Lathe Machine, Shaping Machine, and Drill Machine Etc.

Prepare Bill of Material for whole Proposed Plan of layout.

Industrial Training

Take Industrial Training in “LALCHAND TECHNO ENGINEERS”(Which is Leading Chemical Equipment Fabricator) at Vapi, during date 28/06/2010 to 26/07/2010 (4 weeks).

Design and Fabricate Filter for paste ink, Liquid ink and also Pre – Filter for Varnish Reactors.

Make alternate option for rotary seal of Buhler make bead mill VCR200, MD-25, MD-50 & Cobra-501.

I was the part of team who has successfully installed jumbo size press in Best paper mill and Wire part in R.A. Sheikh Paper mill.

I was also part of the team who has successfully installed Dryer section and Pope Reel in Devang Paper mill.
